Educational programs that promote good nutrition habits by following the Food Guide Pyramid and the recommendations of the USDA.

Educational programs that create awareness of factors leading to preventable disease and provide resources people need to make changes for better health.
 
> Family Resource Centers

Besides being a lending library of family and educational development resources, three main goals of the FRCs are; to increase parental involvement in their child’s education, improve literacy, and to provide a mentoring program for county students, involving community volunteers.
 
> Parenting Apart

Court mandated class for parents with minor children who are divorcing.

Four hour educational session providing information on the toll of divorce on children. Provides tools necessary for parents to minimalize that toll through appropriate communication and interaction with the other parent so that children are able to make a healthy adjustment as soon as possible.

A variety of educational sessions, delivered according to the requesting agency's needs, that focus on setting goals & budgeting, saving & investing, using credit wisely, and avoiding scams and frauds.
