Family Resource Centers

Two locations of lending libraries offering educational resources for family involvement; meeting essential needs; demonstrating child development and healthy living information and skills; assisting and reinforcing educational skills; and working with community partners to build an accepting community of citizens.

Financial Management

A variety of educational sessions, delivered according to the requesting agency’s needs, that focus on setting goals & budgeting, saving & investing, using credit wisely, and avoiding scams and frauds.

Leadership program enhancing knowledge of community members who will be advocates of issues of concern in the community.

Homebuyer Education

Participants complete an eight-hour class that teaches all aspects of homeownership. Through this program persons can obtain THDA certification. Tennessee Housing Development Agency
